I’ve been an athlete my entire life—always moving, competing, and chasing growth. That foundation of discipline and curiosity pushed me to dive deep into human performance, anatomy, and physiology. What I found is this: movement isn’t just about strength or conditioning—it’s about presence, clarity, and resilience in every area of life.

At NOW Performance Group, my mission is simple:
To help ambitious men break free from cycles of burnout and stagnation, and build systems that create lasting energy, strength, and confidence—so they can win in fitness, business, and life.

Over the past 9+ years, I’ve coached 500+ people—executives, business owners, medical professionals, athletes, and competitors chasing scholarships. I’ve helped men:

  • Get off medication and improve their vitals.

  • Prepare for pivotal moments—weddings, races, vacations, academy/work tests, and collegiate opportunities.

  • Build the structure and accountability to perform at a higher level in every area of life.
